  • Frederick Dunhour has purchased the assets of Book City Book Store in Idaho Falls, Idaho.   The seller was represented in the transaction by Bill Spofford.


  • CurrenTechnologies, Inc., an electrical testing and maintenance company in Boise, Idaho, has been purchased by James Vandermeer.   The transaction was handled by Ron Winkler and Kip Moggridge.

  • Rod DeArmond, an insurance and financial services agent for State Farm, has leased 1,055 SF at 600 N. Rivershore Lane in Eagle, Idaho.   Bob Sabino represented the tenant in the transaction.


  • Leslie Berger has purchased the assets of Bun in the Oven, a maternity apparel store in Rexburg, Idaho.   Bill Spofford represented the seller in the transaction.

  • Keum Beineke has purchased Deli At The Grove located in the lobby of the U.S. Bank building in downtown Boise, Idaho.  Dave Norris represented the seller in the transaction.
