RECENT BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS
  • Zero Tolerance, a Harley Davidson/ATV Repair, Service and Accessories business, has leased shop space at 6400 Contractors Street off Gowen Road at the west end of the Boise Airport.   Bob Sabino handled the transaction.


  • Pizza Factory, a pizza/pasta/subsandwich business offering dine-in and delivery services, has leased space in the new retail center at Southside and Greenhurst in Nampa, Idaho.   Randy Limani represented the lessor in the transaction.


  • Tom and Jodie Swanson have purchased the assets of Bob's Kwik Service, a convenience store in Rigby, Idaho. Bill Spofford represented the seller in the transaction.

  • Keven and Silvia Hope have purchased an 80% ownership interest in Factory Direct, a furniture outlet located in Meridian, Idaho.   Brent Bungard represented the seller in the transaction.


  • Ray Gritton of RWG Enterprises has purchased two industrial parcels totaling 93,759 SF at 9025 S. Federal Way in Boise, Idaho.   Art Berry handled the transaction.




...that under a federal statute enacted decades ago, holidays observed in the District of Columbia have an impact nationwide, not just in D.C.?   Under recently enacted city legislation, April 16 is a holiday in the District of Columbia.   The IRS recently became aware of the intersection of the national filing day and the local observance of the new Emancipation Day holiday after most forms and publications for the current tax filing season went to print. Thus the reason for our one-day tax filing reprieve this year.
