- Darren and Kimberly Blaser have purchased additional development property at 1516 W. Cherry Lane in Meridian, Idaho. This will be combined with previously purchased parcels at the NEC of Cherry Land and Linder Road for the development of a retail center. Doug Bolen represented the buyers in the transaction.
- Adam Crane and Alan Crane of A&A Rubbish, LLC have purchased the assets of CM Construction, Inc. a waste disposal business in Elmore County, Idaho. Dave Norris represented the seller in the transaction.
- Dennett-Simione, LLC has purchased the assets of Garden Valley Chevron on Banks Lowman Road in Garden Valley, Idaho. Doug Bolen represented the buyer and Art Berry represented the seller in the transaction.
- Kane & Tobiason, LLP, have renewed their lease at 1187 W. River Street, Suite 100, in Boise, Idaho. Bob Sabino represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Dale and Peggy Perkins of Rehab Systems and Matt Perkins of Coyote Design & Mfg have purchased the 6,000 SF building at 7440 W. Lemhi in Boise, Idaho. Coyote Design, a manufacturer of orthotic and prosthetic devices, will operate from this facility. Brent Bungard represented the buyer in the transaction.
