- Gursewak Brar has purchased the 10,500 SF office building currently housed by the Idaho Department of Corrections Probation Division at 612 Main Street in Caldwell, Idaho. Ron Winkler represented the seller in the transaction.
- Linda Howard has leased 1,800 SF at 4205 & 4211 W. Emerald in Boise, Idaho for use as a residential rental agency. Bob Sabino represented the landlord in the transaction.
- David and Carrie Morgridge have purchased the assets of Hailey Coffee Company in Hailey, Idaho. Dave Norris represented the seller in the transaction.
- Serve It Up, Inc. has purchased the assets of Sports Pub & Grill in the Boise Spectrum complex at Overland and Cole Roads. The business has reopened under the name Legends Sports Pub with an improved menu and a fresh new look. Randy Limani represented the seller in the transaction.
- Nina Carothers has purchased Melody Lanes & Cafe , a bowling center and cafe in American Falls, Idaho. Bill Spofford represented the seller in the transaction.
