- Treasure Valley Woodworking Fine Custom Cabinetry located in Boise, Idaho has changed ownership. Chris Mallane purchased the business in December 2006. Doug Bolen handled the transaction.
- Gary and Heather Tucker have purchased the assets of Champion Chem-Dry, a carpet cleaning franchise operating in Shelley, Idaho and Bonneville County. Bill Spofford represented the seller in the transaction.
- Bill and Darlene Thornock have purchased the Ameci Pizza & Pasta franchise in Eagle, Idaho. Randy Limani represented the seller in the transaction.
