Arthur Berry & Company is pleased to welcome Peter Johnson to our commercial real estate brokerage division. Peter began his career in the restaurant industry, graduating through the ranks to a multi unit manager. He moved on from the restaurant business to other segments of the food industry and held executive positions with three privately held companies headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining our company, Peter was President and CEO of an international food manufacturing company. He has developed a high level of skill in strategic and tactical management and, throughout his professional and personal career, has been at the center of the purchase, sale and management of commercial real estate assets.   • Wayne Johnson has purchased the 5,760 square foot retail building at 716 Blaine Street in Caldwell, Idaho..   Bob Sabino represented the seller in the transaction.


  • Mark Manwaring Arts has leased 1,095 square feet at 409 S. 8th Street, adjacent to BoDo in downtown Boise.   Bob Sabino handled the transaction.


  • Steven Werre and Anthony Agundez, Boise Vintage Cycle & Salvage, LLC, have purchased Boise Motorcycle Salvage, a recreational salvage yard.   Brent Bungard handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.


  • Ruby Inc. purchased two FedEx Home Delivery Routes in the Boise Area.   Brent Bungard represented the seller in the transaction.


  • The 45,500 SF Lienkaemper Storage Units property in Ontario, Oregon was sold to an undisclosed buyer. Ron Winkler and Dave Norris represented the seller, and Bob Sabino represented the buyer in the transaction.


  • The 120-unit Benchmark Apartments, a 117,600 SF apartment complex at 7225 W. Colonial in Boise, was purchased by an undisclosed buyer. Doug Bolen handled the transaction.
