RECENT BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS
  • The 45,500 SF Lienkaemper Storage Units property in Ontario, Oregon was sold to an undisclosed buyer. Ron Winkler and Dave Norris represented the seller, and Bob Sabino represented the buyer in the transaction.


  • The 120-unit Benchmark Apartments, a 117,600 SF apartment complex at 7225 W. Colonial in Boise, was purchased by an undisclosed buyer. Doug Bolen handled the transaction.

  • Jim and Shawn Drake, owners of Cutting Edge Manufacturing, were represented by Bob Sabino in the purchase of the building at 425 N Kings Road in Nampa.


  • Le Poulet Rouge Bakery in downtown Boise was sold to Jenny Sledge.   The facility is now doing business as Jenny's Lunch Line.   Brent Bungard handled the transaction.


  • Doug Bolen leasing agent for the Idaho Building at 280 N. 8th Street in Boise, has leased 1,500 SF to Coldstone Creamery, 1,000 SF to Vie Vie Boutique, and 700 SF to Superb Sushi.


  • Greg Smith purchased Golden Eagle Cabinet, an established custom cabinet company in Emmett.  Art Berry represented the seller in the transaction.
