- Richard Leisy has purchased the assets of Busy Bee Transportation, a pick-up and delivery service business in Idaho Falls. Bill Spofford represented the seller in the transaction.
- Christine Schubert and Thomas Takeda have purchased Buzz, an espresso cafe and wine bar on Lakeharbor Lane in Boise, Idaho. Kip Moggridge represented the seller in the transaction.
- Aaron Hughston has purchased the assets of Bob's Sports Pawn and Lock in Hailey, Idaho. Brent Bungard handled the transaction.
- EventRent, LLC has leased a 24,000 square foot industrial building at 600 N. Eagle in Meridian, Idaho for use by their equipment rental business, EquipRent. Bob Sabino represented the landlord in the transaction.
- Big Mountain Land Co., LLC has purchased the 15,000 square foot industrial building located at 2619 Sundance in Nampa, Idaho which houses Treasure Valley Woodworking. Doug Bolen handled the transaction.

...that St. Patrick's favorite color was blue, not green, and the people of Ireland too weren't exactly fond of green - according to them it was the color of the Fairies and Leprechauns and, unless you wanted to forcibly join the ranks of these Wee Folks, you would refrain from sporting that color too often. It wasn't until the 19th Century that Green became the official color of Ireland. |
