- Dale and Peggy Perkins of Rehab Systems and Matt Perkins of Coyote Design & Mfg have purchased the 6,000 SF building at 7440 W. Lemhi in Boise, Idaho. Coyote Design, a manufacturer of orthotic and prosthetic devices, will operate from this facility. Brent Bungard represented the buyer in the transaction.
- Tom Moore has opened a new office for Spherion Staffing Services in Lakepointe Center I at 300 E. Mallard Drive, Suite 110, in Boise, Idaho. The business will open on November 6, 2006. Bob Sabino represented Mr. Moore in the transaction.
- Barry and Andrea Spracklen have purchased the assets of Gandolfo's New York Deli in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Bill Spofford of our Eastern Idaho division represented the seller in the transaction.
- Mobile Auto Doctor purchased the adjoining property at 4304 W. Overland Road in Boise, Idaho. Bob Sabino represented the buyer in the
transaction.
- Terry Koster purchased the 5,500 SF retail facility w/apartment at 222 E. Main in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. Bill Spofford of our Eastern Idaho division represented the seller in the
transaction.
