Randy has been with the company since 1984. In addition to brokerage representation, he specializes in business sales, commercial sales, and leasing. His designations include: Certified Valuation Analyst - National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA); and Candidate Member - American Society of Appraisers (ASA) (Business Valuation Discipline).

Brent has been active in Business Brokerage and selected commercial real estate transactions since 1993. During this time he has consummated hundreds of deals in a diversified range of opportunities from manufacturing, high tech, distribution, retail and service companies to investment real estate, bare ground and owner/user transactions. His experience and knowledge of marketing, valuation and deal-making are a valuable resource to any potential Seller or Purchaser. Brent attended Boise State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, tennis and backcountry skiing. Ron joined the Arthur Berry & Company team in 1987 and has since specialized in business brokerage and commercial real estate sales. His previous experience
included 16 years with both regional and international petroleum companies as District Marketing Manager. He majored in Business Management at Marshall University and served honorably in the United States Army. He currently holds real estate licenses in Idaho and Oregon.

In 1994, Kip joined Arthur Berry & Company as a business broker and analyst with accreditations from the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). Prior to joining our team, he began a career in commercial banking in 1965 and held offices in both the First National Bank of Oregon and Bank of Idaho before spending active duty time with the United States Army in 1971. Completing undergraduate studies in economics in 1977, Kip was employed in the health care field as a market and health care analyst for private and public facilities in Idaho, holding strategic planning and marketing director positions with Mercy Medical Center, St. Luke's, and the Idaho Elks Rehabilitation center. He retired from the United States Army in 1994 with the rank of Lt. Colonel. Because of the length of his experience in the private and public sectors, Kip has a market sensitivity and understanding of the needs of a business owner or acquirer. His ongoing relationship with financial institutions and bankers makes him an ideal associate for mergers and acquisitions at all levels.

David’s background is a strong blend of engineering and business. Over the past 15 years he has worked with Arthur Berry & Company on various projects and transactions, providing detailed company research, financial assessments, valuations, feasibility studies and supported multiple commercial and industrial project developments. From December 2015 onward David has resumed an active role in the business valuation and brokerage work at Arthur Berry & Company. David has in depth project management and design experience for commercial, industrial and energy development projects beyond Boise throughout the US, Canada, Australia and Asia. He worked in Melbourne, Australia until end of 2014 as the project manager responsible for the design of the highly political, high profile $80M Yarra Trams Power Supply Upgrade Project. David has been responsible for managing multiple design teams throughout the world. He is a leading resource for the steel, foundation, grading and physical design within the energy industry, with experience in the design and construction of transmission and distribution systems from 12.5kV to 500kV.
Chip joined Arthur Berry & Company in April 2016 after spending 15 years as a Manager in the retail and banking sectors. He is assuming the role of Regional Manager of our Eastern Idaho Office after the recent retirement of Bill Spofford. He is a graduate of Idaho State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Chip has started and purchased multiple businesses over the years and currently owns a restaurant in Idaho Falls. He has a passion for helping people navigate through the buying and selling process, and is licensed in both Idaho and Utah. In his free time, Chip loves photography, travelling, and camping in our great state.

Scott is an Idaho Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, having earned his original Real Estate Broker’s License (California) in 1990. After transitioning into private lending and Business Brokerage, Scott has successfully negotiated a wide range of transactions. In 2008, Scott took a break to travel as a Federal Disaster Recovery Specialist for the US Small Business Administration, returning to the Business Brokerage industry in 2013. By meeting the needs of small and medium Business Owners, Scott has helped clients realize their career and retirement plans. Scott received his BA from the University of Redlands and served in the Navy. He was named a Life Member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association, after 41 years as a White Suiter. Scott and his wife Linda make their home in Star, Idaho. Scott brought his extensive experience to the Arthur Berry family in January 2019.
Art Berry, Semi-Retired
Founder and Advisor
Art Berry served on the Board of Directors for numerous companies in the industries of banking, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, education and community service. Art has an undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance, an MBA from Boise State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho. He is a former adjunctive professor at Boise State University in the School of Business. In January 2018 our prestigious Founder sold the company he established in 1983 to Randy Limani and Brent Bungard, dedicated agents who have been with Arthur Berry & Company since the '80s and early '90s. Art stepped back from his role as Designated Broker and in June 2019 decided it was finally time to pursue retirement. He has accepted the role of Honorary Broker and Advisor for the company.
